Short summary

Currently

UX researcher and designer working to enhance  customer experience. Running end-to-end usability studies from study design to synthesis. My focus is embedding research into product decisions before they are made.

Previously

I have worked across various domains researching and designing to improve user experience. I also hold a masters in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Universität Siegen, Germany.

Method

I work across mixed research methods, semi-structured interviews, usability testing, surveys, and thematic analysis to surface insights that actually inform decisions. I also bring a product design foundation, which means I can move fluidly between the insight and what it means for a flow, a prototype, a journey or a system.
